At the Copplehouse Bed and Breakfast we want you to enjoy your stay and therefore we would like you to read the following Terms and Conditions when making a reservation:
- A non-refundable deposit per room to the value of the first night stay is required to secure your booking.
- The cancellation period is up to 7 days prior to arrival date (not including the day of cancellation or the day of arrival). Cancellations later than this will be charged the full amount of stay.
- Any guests failing to arrive will be charged the full amount of their stay.
- Check-in time is from 2pm-9pm, please let us know your estimated time of arrival.
- Rooms to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.
- It is against the law to smoke anywhere within the property, smoking is permitted outside the property.
- Sorry no pets allowed.
